Situated halfway up a hill overlooking the Nera Valley, near Terni, it forms part of a farm comprising 6 hectares of olive groves. Quiet location. Surrounding the house is a shaded lawn with a swimming pool, and a pergola equipped for al fresco dining. It is possible to purchase the farm’s own organically grown ‘extra virgin’ DOP olive oil. Two dogs (belonging to the owner) live on the property. Available on request and for a fee: domestic help and a cot (30 euros per week).
