About this villa rental
Villa Bianchini Riccardi is one of the most spectacular mansions in central Italy and has belonged to the family for generations. Renowned for the tens of hectares of olive trees that surround it, it is the ideal place for an exclusive stay in search of tranquillity and peace. The Villa has 3 beautiful suites that can accommodate up to 10 guests, all equipped with a double bed or pairs of beds, a living room, own bathroom and panoramic views of the garden and the valley.
Following the renovations completed by the Bianchini Riccardi family in 2019, the Villa also offers its guests:
- multiple rooms and lounges of unquestionable charm, surrounded by marvellous pictorial decorations; equipped service rooms, including kitchens, bathrooms, dressing rooms, and a reception room;
- a theatre now used for the organisation of events and conferences, equipped with two support rooms and a multi-service bathroom area;
- a perfectly preserved private church;
- a large garden.
The Villa is available for events and parties.
THE VILLA
The Villa, surrounded by a beautiful landscape of olive groves, offers its guests two outdoor spaces arranged on two terraces, both overlooking the valley and the beautiful Umbrian countryside.
The courtyard in front of the Villa and the exclusive garden with a swimming pool, planted with many palm trees and various species of plants and flowers, allow you to enjoy both romantic sunsets by the pool, between flower beds, and cool moments of relaxation in the shade of ancient trees. The exteriors are surrounded along the walls by ornamental stone busts. Swimming in the pool, games, excursions, cooking classes, and yoga will mark your days at the Villa.
THE SUITS
The suites for the size, are ideal not only for couples but also for families or groups, given the possibility of adding beds or baby cribs. They are each luxurious and individually decorated, with unique paintings and furnishings, and each has air conditioning and screened windows. The bathrooms are all modern and equipped with every comfort. The wide walls of the building guarantee a pleasant temperature in the Villa even on the most sultry summer days.
The large billiard room, accessible from the hallway with the internal staircase or elevator is accessible from the rooms, is skillfully painted on the walls and ceiling and decorated with numerous paintings depicting the major Italian ports.
The view of the valley is spectacular from every point, especially from the garden, and allows you to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The meeting rooms can be arranged wherever you prefer: in the large room located in the old theatre, in the Music Room, which is also a dining room, in the other lounges or in the garden.
The large swimming pool in the garden overlooks the surrounding landscape. Adjacent to the pool, there is a space with a kitchen and a bathroom that offers a comfortable place to eat when you are outdoors. At the entrance of the Villa, the old kitchen and the two living rooms are a great meeting place with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a plasma screen TV.

Off-site, there is Umbria and Lazio within easy reach. The Villa is conveniently located just an hour from all the most famous Umbrian towns and an hour and a quarter from Rome. You can easily reach Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi and Orvieto. The magnificent Marmore waterfall is located a few kilometres from us.
The spaces of Villa Bianchini Riccardi allow a unique experience: that of sharing the history, art, and culture of an extraordinary region for your stay or event. The Villa is managed by the family and is offered for the exclusive use of guests.

SERVICES ON DEMAND
- Staff: chef and waiter up to 5 guests or chef and 2 waiters from 5 guests onwards.

- Expenses for all food (food prepared by the chef at the cost of food, also using vegetables from the organic garden) and wines consumed. To be paid at the end of the stay.
