Location molto ben posizionata per visitare le principali città della zona. Camere molto accoglienti e pulite. Personale molto disponibile e gentile.
Voglio solo segnalare (consigliare) di prevedere in bagno qualche "gancio" per appendere gli asciugamani e di prevedere una luce più tenue alla testata del letto.

la piscina molto bella in mezzo agli ulivi anche se un po' piccola per tutti gli ospiti della struttura, una parte della struttura è nuova e molto bella, la nostra camera era in una parte ristrutturata ma non nuova. L'arredo era comunque nuovo. La stanza pulita. Buona la posizione per visitare la zona di spoleto, norcia e cascia
la camera era umida, vista su un cortile con le galline, le finestre non erano lavate da tempo e c'erano le ragnatele negli angoli. L'accoglienza inesistente, tutto con un messaggio su whatsapp con le indicazioni di come prendere le chiavi della camera. nessuna indicazione per la colazione del giorno dopo. Colazione non abbondante, lo yogurt l'ho dovuto chiedere, la parte salata non era a vista dovevi chiedere.
