A large living room with dining area, direct access to a spacious covered veranda, fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and TV.
• First Floor:
• 3 double bedrooms, all with sea or Mediterranean scrub views.
• 2 complete bathrooms finely furnished.
• 1 service bathroom, on the ground floor, used as a laundry, thus ensuring perfect functionality even during longer stays.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring maximum comfort in every season. The outdoor area includes two covered living areas, ideal for relaxing in the shade during hot summer days, and an outdoor shower with hot water, convenient after a day at the beach.

Wir haben im August/September 2019 2 Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. So ist sowohl der Gesamteindruck, wie auch viele kleine Details sehr gut ... von guten Matratzen bis zu vorhandenen Gewürzen in der Küche ... es stimmt auch in vielen Details und es ist alles da, was man braucht.
Auch die Betreuung durch Andrea war während des gesamten Urlaubs super. Von der Buchung, zum Check-In, Restaurant-Tipps und Hilfe wenn man sie mal braucht ... Andrea war immer da!
Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Man fühlt sich unter Freunden, es gibt dort keinen Massentourismus. Es ist ruhig und dennoch sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr nah.
Zusammenfassend möchten wir uns für zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen bedanken ... bei der Hausbesitzerin für das schöne Haus, bei Andrea für all die Unterstützung und bei vielen anderen, die uns mit kleinen Gesten aufgenommen haben.

Excellent stay in Comunione is Morus, very nice spacious villa, very clean and organized. Excellent support and organization from Andrea. Great location near to the best beaches in south Sardinia.

This is one of the greatest holiday houses we have ever stayed. The location is amazing. It’s a 5 minute walk to a beautiful little beach and a 15 minute drive to the most amazing beaches in the world. The outdoor sitting areas were incredible and we had many wonderful views outside with a view of the ocean. The beds were all very comfortable and the air con worked well. It was very hot while we were here and we were always quite comfortable. We loved loved loved the outdoor shower. Our host Andrea was incredibly helpful from the second we booked and took amazing care of us while we were here, booking us sunbeds and restaurants during the very busy season. It was a magnificent stay
