About this villa rental
Villa Chiarenza overlooks the Tuerredda bay, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia.
The position is unique, immersed in a park owned by 10,000,000 square meters of fragrant Mediterranean scrub. From the house, which is 50 meters from the sea, you have direct access to beautiful rocky coves that create a suggestive natural pool of high turquoise water. With a panoramic 5-minute walk you arrive instead at Tuerredda beach, with breathtaking transparencies.
From the large terraces and pergola surrounding the house you can enjoy a spectacle that cannot fail to enchant, in fact, it dominates the whole bay with Capo Malfatano and the islet and beach of Tuerredda.
The whole outdoor area is enjoyable and equipped with deck chairs and table and chairs for outdoor dining. There is a barbecue corner with a wood oven and an outdoor shower, hidden by mastic plants.
The house develops on one floor, three steps separate the living area from the sleeping area.
The living area is illuminated by a spectacular glass window that opens like a picture on the pergola with a sea view. The kitchen, an integral part of the living area even if reserved, is equipped with all appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, espresso machine, microwave and all the necessary equipment.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. A cot with sides is available on request. Pets are allowed on request.
All rooms are air conditioned.
Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. We kindly ask you to communicate in advance the presence of children so that we can arrange everything for their stay.
The general information of the guests and the signing of a tourist lease for legal purposes will be requested.
I recommend having a means of transport during the holiday, to be able to enjoy the magnificent setting and move easily.
In the surroundings you can find numerous points of interest for lovers of nature, trekking, fauna and archeology. Chia with its orchards and its splendid beaches, the Porticciolo, Sa Colonia, Cala del Morto, Porto Campana, the Dunes of Su Giudeu and the famous Cala Cipolla. The lagoon and the archaeological excavations of Nora, the forest of Is Cannoneris, the town of Teulada and its pristine coast with the beaches of Porto Tramatzu, Campionna, Piscinnì with its tower.
By plane: Cagliari (Elmas) - 58 km, Olbia (Costa Smeralda) - 323 km, Alghero (Fertilia) - 286 km
By ferry: Cagliari is connected to Civitavecchia, Naples, Palermo and Trapani, Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Porto Torres.
By bus: with ARST
By car: From the port and airport of Cagliari, take the SS 195 road towards Pula, Chia, Domus De Maria and Teulada. Continue straight for 50 km until the junction for Chia and turn left. After passing Chia and its beaches after 5 km on the coastal road, the Tuerredda Bay will open in front of you. The house is on the sea at km 8,2

Very lucky to have ended up staying in this villa for our stay in South Sardinia. The villa itself is beautiful and peaceful, the view onto the sea and Tuerredda was spectacular, and the host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the whole of the south, from the nearby beaches of chia or Malfatano, to the boat only waters around Capo Teulada (Zafferano) or drives to Villasimius, Cagliari and San Pietro. Lovely place, lovely vacation.

A wonderful stay in a delightful property that was exactly as described. We have stayed in many houses in Sardinia and this one really stood out. It was really a luxury to be able to walk down to the sea and swim in a natural swimming pool. The house is thoughtfully and tastefully set out and decorated.
