Beautiful property (330 m2) with private pool, made up of a farmhouse and a barn located in the hills between Lucca and the Versilian coast, with the possibility of reaching the major Tuscan cities of art for day trips. The restoration resulted in a very attractive country-style property, composed of two buildings, where two groups or families may enjoy a stay together while maintaining their independence. The house is surrounded by a lovely terraced garden furnished with 2 large tables for outdoor meals, an olive grove and a bowling green. The pool (12x6 depth 0,80-2,70)(01/06-30/09) was designed to blend perfectly with the Tuscan countryside with lovely views of the surrounding hills. The position is excellent for hikers and people who like to walk. Cooking lessons are available upon request. Pool fence (to be requested in advance). Included in the price: compulsory cleaning 9 hours per week, baby bed and highchair upon request. Central heating.
