A really lovely peaceful stay in a beautiful area. This great property needs a bit of improvement

The location is peaceful and calming. All rooms were spacious and uncluttered. Lovely to have a separate dining room. Plenty of kitchen gadgets. Very comfy sitting room with plenty of seating. Adequate parking next to the property. Nearby were supermarkets. An easy 15 minute walk into Trearrdur Bay. Good walks around the area. Telephone support was excellent.

The heating, despite appearing easy to boost seems to be on a timer so only heated up later at night and early in the morning. Needed to use an electric heater in the lounge. Lack of a radiator in the bathroom, unable to open the window and extractor fan inadequate so mould evident on the ceiling. Some damp in places on the walls and wood lice in some rooms. On the morning we left the boiler wasn’t working.

Enjoyed our stay Thankyou but could do with some fresh pillows as they weren’t hygienic.

We liked the location only a 15 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute drive into Holyhead and the facilities such as washing machine,dryer,dishwasher and big tv were great,we appreciated the early check in and a cot bed for our daughter being left.

The cot bed had a horrible smell to it which meant I had to clean it before use and the pillows were stained which we only found out after being told to strip the bedding.

Only small gripes such as the curtains in the bedrooms were practicaĺly see through so the room didnt really get dark in summer. theres only 1 bathroom for 3 double bedrooms which didnt bother us as we were only 3 plus a baby.

Lovely stay...home from home 🏡

Just back from a 3 night stay. Excellent facilities, home from home and everything catered for. Well maintained and clean throughout. Dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, air fryer, dual cooker, and all usual kitchen appliances ...the kitchen was lovely, big and very clean, it was a pleasure to cook in there. Lovely white spotless bedding and towels, beds were comfy, and bathroom was a decent size too. The apartment was very spacious and great big windows to look out onto amazing views. Enjoyed the little touches that made the apartment feel like home as soon as we arrived. Simple things such as washing up liquid, hand sanitiser, bin bags, clothed washing liquid and cleaning products. The small box of chocolates was a nice touch....my 3 grandchildren wanted them....but I saw them first and claimed them as my own....for my sanity of spending the 3 nights on my own with 3 teenagers! Nice decent size garden, kept tidy, lovely garden furniture too. Rotary washing line...couldn't find any pegs though. Parking was as described, and location was ideal for us as a family but not for anyone with mobility issues as the drive way is long and the apartment is located outside of the village which means a fair decent walk or drive to visit the beach...it suited us fine though so no complaints here.

Just little things for the owners to look at: TV signal was extremely poor in the lounge... New batteries needed in the TV remotes...I did look for fresh batteries but couldnt find any. We just kept swapping from.one to the other, depending on which room we were in The lovely cream settees and puffee were marked with stains and food marks....clearly people had been eating/drinking in the living room...there is a lovely dining room to use and we made very good use of it....no food/drink allowed in the living room on my watch. Some of the mattresses were stained too...we stripped our bed as requested before leaving. The outdoor bin area was full including the recycling boxes so we did struggle to dispose of our rubbish...sorry. Hopefully we left the apartment as clean and tidy as we found it. Overall....we had a great stay, would recommend to famy and friends....and definitely stay again 👍😁

Superb

Location was fabulous.Peaceful and quiet area and a short walk to the beach.Size of apartment was brilliant for potentially 6 adults.Light, bright and airy. Kitchen, Lounge and Dining room were fab and bathroom had great storage too. The kitchen was really kitted out for all you would need on a self catering holiday. There is a drying rack to dry clothes. Really lovely touch by Patrick on arriving to fresh flowers and chocolates.Thank you so much. We would definitely rent your lovely apartment again. The above points have only been made so that your booking.com rating goes from 8.3 to a 10, as it should be.

You couldn't use the garden very easily as the sun chairs were placed on very uneven paving.Whilst we were fine with this, the elderly or families may struggle, as its not really a user friendly space and some may take a nasty fall. I agree with another traveller.The bed springs are coming through on the double bed, making it rather uncomfortable. Think later checkout times should be available with families, 10am is a bit if a push when having to breakfast and strip all the beds as requested too! Hanging space in wardrobes was not great and no drawers in double room.Personally get rid of cheap black bedroom furniture and buy second hand strong drawers/wardrobes that will stand the test of time and disrespectful guests and provide sufficient adult hangers to use too. Linen cupboard near bathroom needs a lock on so guests can not see in, as not tidy and some of the spare bedding does not look great and fit for use. Because of your beautiful Anglesey weather, a rotary drying clothes line would be great in the garden to dry beach wear and towels etc. Inform guests of recycling bins as arrived at property and all 3 bins were full, but it didn't say whether we should put them out for collection.

Place is amazing and quiet. Lovely apartment, warm, cosy and homely. Great big rooms, big kitchen. Everything and more you need. Would definitely stay here again. My little boys loved it and didn't want to leave. Lovely views, home from home. Nice garden to sit out and watch the wildlife.

Nothing that we didnt like. We enjoyed our stay.
