Alles vanaf ontvangst een sprookjesachtige ervaring het hotel de tuin ligbedden hangmatten met ‘s avonds een vuurkorf die aangaat de inrichting van de kamers en het hele hotel een prachtige verassende ontdekkingsreis het zwembad het ontbijt zo sfeervol en uitgebreid alles vers de bediening in één woord fantastisch zelden zo’n beleving meegemaakt

Wow! What an absolute hidden gem of a hotel! 👏 Without a doubt, this would have to be one of the best places we've ever stayed. The hotel is simply stunning—quirky, eclectic, and full of charm. Every little detail has been thoughtfully put together, and somehow, it all works perfectly. Everywhere you look, there's something beautiful and unique to admire. The breakfast was hands down one of the best we've ever had. There was so much choice, from smoked salmon, cheeses and cold cuts to eggs, and so much more. The dining area itself is also a lovely experience, with a maze of beautifully decorated little rooms, each with its own character and the cutest mismatched floral crockery. Each room beaming with daylight plus the choice to sit outside in a beautiful little courtyard. The lovely ladies serving breakfast were so warm and welcoming, making the whole experience even more special. The hotel is set amongst the most divine gardens, with a big expanse of lawn area plus a variety of different hidden areas to sit, including a lovely outdoor sunroom —it would be an incredible venue for a wedding or special event! To top it all off, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite! It was enormous, and we honestly felt like royalty. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, with a selection of pillows to choose from, which was another thoughtful touch. There is also a back gate that leads right onto the lake, which was a whole other beautiful experience.. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this beautiful and romantic hotel to anyone and can't wait to return. We absolutely loved it!

Great location for the town and lake. Enjoyed breakfast.

Room decor rather old fashioned. Bed was in a corner. Nothing much to see from the terrace. Lovely garden so an outdoor pool would have been more enticing. Plenty of restaurants but relatively expensive.
