Everything was superlative. Very good communication with the owner, quiet neighborhood, quiet building, cleanliness, two steps from the city center and 10 minutes walk from the beach.

Excellent location and which is very close to the beach. The apartment is cozy overall and it has a nice closed terrace, which could be used as a focus room. It is clean and well outfitted.
The shower was broken and leaking water on the sides and the beds were far from comfortable, due to the constantly moving mattress. It is really hard to park near the location, due to the lack of available parking slots and the location being in the Blue Zone.

Great location in the city center. Air conditioning in every room. Great sound insulation. Very kind owner. Very good value for money.
Floors a little dirty. Bathroom very basic. Kitchen a little dirty. Noise from seagulls (only with windows open, especially early morning. Parking far away.

Property is in low-traffic street. Location is good. It is close to promenade that leads to Promorski park and beach. It will take you 10 minutes walk to seacoast. Lots of sights and attractions are nearby. Beds were comfortable for sleep. Free Wi-fi with good signal.
The owner of the property carefully hid in the pictures the fact that there is a shower in the toilet with a drain in the middle of the floor. That was a bad surprise when we saw it. After showering the whole surface is filled with water. The building environment is not very neat and clean. Above the balcony, pigeons are nesting and are making lots of noise and feces closeby. In the neighborhood, the building is being rebuilt so there is a also lot of noise from morning to late afternoon on weekdays.
