Un estudio bastante espacioso y equipado
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, le costaba arrancar y se detenía. Las escaleras de acceso son bastante asimétricas y hacen una curva peligrosa

A spacious 1-room apartment located on a quiet street in the ideal city center, close to basically everything. There is a non-stop grocery shop right outside, which was a big plus.
The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you'll need (for a few days' stay). Beds are comfy.
I'm booking it again on my next stay in Varna for sure.
There was a slight issue with the bathroom door that does not seal perfectly so after taking a shower some of the water manages to penetrate underneath the door and ends up on the kitchenette floor. This created discomfort as almost every time I had to clean up with the mop. This is something that definitely needs to be looked at and get fixed.
Also, the apartment lock was very weird, as you need to adjust the key multiple times, pull/push back and forth until you get it in the proper position in order to unlock. It took me no less than 10-20 seconds every single time lol.

Апартаментът е на много централно място и в близост има почти всичко.Стаята е много чиста и съвременно обзаведена. Леглото е доста голямо и удобно, просто мястото е перфектно да си отпочинеш. Собственичката е много любезна и на момента съдейства за всичко.

Bien situé par rapport aux activités mais sur une route très bruyante.
La climatisation,
le mini balcon même,si il est compliqué d’y manger
La proximité des commerces
Les escaliers pour monter à l’appartement, pas facile
Le passage des voitures très important, impossible de rester avec la fenêtre ouverte
L’absence de table utilisable sur le mini balcon qui n’était pas propre du tout, une tablette mais penchée donc tt tombé
Il faut manger sur la table du salon assis sur des poufs
Le peu de vaisselle, pas de passoire …
Le tapis de sol de salle de bain n’était pas propre
