The location and that there was a parking space available
Looks like on the pictures
It was not disgusting, but it was dirty, dust everywhere, spider webs,the bathroom floor was extremely dirty
The other thing - freezing in there...We stayed there in October, the night was very cold, we got only one like very light and thin duvet, no blanket at all, there is only a baseboard heat in the bedroom which is Central heat and was not turned on yet, so we had to turn on the AC in the living room and keep doors open for some heat to enter the bedroom...I ended up sleeping with my pijamas, one long sleeve blouse, long joggers and my jacket on top
I would say, it is fair the price for the location, but this is not enough for me to go there again
