Ein modernes Gebäude mit gesichertem Zugang. Videoüberwachung und Zugangscodes man fühlt sich sehr wohl und sicher. Der eigene Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist sehr wertvoll und praktisch. Die Lage ist top.
Insgesamt dürfte die Wohnung sauberer gereinigt sein. Leider ist nebenan eine Baustelle, die morgens sehr früh mit Lärm belastet. Aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden.

Logement spacieux pour 4 personnes, très bien équipé et confortable. La terrasse est très belle avec une jolie vue sur la mer. L’emplacement est idéal, à pied de tout (plage, port, commerces etc…). De même, il est bien placé pour visiter la région. Merci pour votre accueil Gilles.

Schöne, komfortable, moderne Wohnung in bester Lage. Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Im Keller sind Tretroller (für alle) und Kinderfahrräder zur freien Benutzung vorhanden. Mit den Rollern waren unsere Kinder viel motivierter, die Stadt zu erkunden als wenn wir alles gelaufen wären. Der eigene Tiefgaragenplatz hat außerdem eine Ladestation für Elektroautos.
