About this house rental
Nice T3 "Le Sormiou" in the heart of our 2000 M2 estate with a lot of trees. It is located in La Ciotat in the Fontsainte district. Its location is ideal: quiet on the heights of La Ciotat, while being 1 km walk from the first beach.
The 70 m2 accommodation, which is located near the owners' house, with its independent entrance, consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso machine and a toaster. Two bathrooms and a separate toilet, a pretty living room with a sofa bed opening onto a small balcony and overlooking the garden. A mezzanine of 17m2 (insulated by a blackout curtain) with its bed for 2 people and an extra bed for a child completes the accommodation. An outdoor space dedicated to housing with garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.
You will also have access to the swimming pool of the estate, to be shared with the owners (dimension 9.5mx4.5m).
1 or 2 parking spaces are provided with access with an electric gate.
Air conditioning and wifi.
A 12x3 m petanque court
The accommodations are non-smoking. Parties are not allowed and we make sure that everyone pays attention to the noise for the peace of everyone, conviviality is nevertheless our philosophy of life.
If you love the region and its creeks, we can give you lots of good tips on the surrounding area.
Electric barbecue available.
Linen is provided and beds made on arrival.
Cleaning is extra and must be paid to the owners before leaving the premises.
A studio is also available on the same estate with 2-3 beds to complete this accommodation.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. Amazing beaches nearby and a lovely town. Hosts where super nice and very helpful. What we didn’t realize/wasn’t clear for us in the add is that the “house” is actually a sidehouse with a couple of apartments in it. It’s a space in that sidehouse that’s being rented out. With that aside everything was super nice and we had a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay in La Ciotat. The house was clean with everything we needed. We would have liked to have known in advance that the second bedroom for the children was a mezzanine with a tricky staircase. The pool and pool area were perfect. The local area was great too with a restaurant a 20min walk away.
The hosts were wonderful and welcomed us immediately. We felt comfortable and at home.
