CASA ABEILLE

Casa Abeille was one of those places that makes you wish you'd booked a few more nights. It's full of charm, beautifully decorated, and has that rare feeling of being both thoughtfully designed and completely comfortable. It immediately felt like a place we could settle into. The location couldn't have been better. Everything we wanted to explore was easily within reach, yet it still felt peaceful enough to come back, unwind, and enjoy the slower pace of the village. What truly made our stay special, though, was Camille. She was such a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. Her recommendations were fantastic and led us to some of our favorite experiences during our trip. It's clear she genuinely loves the area and wants her guests to experience the very best of it. If you're looking for a place with character, an unbeatable location, and a host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home, Casa Abeille is exactly that. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The door lock didn’t work in bathroom but we didn’t care

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans le centre de la Ciotat. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, le mobilier et la décoration ont été choisi avec détails et précision.

We had a beautiful, very large, simple room with a balcony overlooking the port. It was a wonderful space to relax in and we liked the fact that the room had retained its original integrity. The bed was very comfortable and the decor, furnishings and linen were lovely. There was a good selection of art books and magazines in a front reception room plus the use of a washing machine.

It would have been nice to have some more practical cups and glasses as well as the lovely beakers and little glasses. There were also no rubbish bags that we could find. It would have been even better if the kitchen at the front had a hot plate, cutlery and plates and bowls.

The property was very spacious, the bed was super comfy and the design was lovely. Location ideal for access to the Calanques and restaurants along the harbour. Felt secure in this property as a key pad lock on the front door. Also the washing machine/dryer was a big bonus!

The kitchen was badly equipped, no bowls etc. The floor needs mopping as it was very dirty especially in the bathroom, no toilet roll provided or hand soap. Property needs a good dusting and a paint as a little dated in areas. No oven but description of having a full kitchen? Hard to cook for a longer stay.
