IDEAL FOR UP TO 8 PEOPLE
For everyone's comfort on both levels, the floor is refrigerated and heated. This provides comfort in the summer with a controlled temperature without having the dry air feel of air conditioning.
With 185 m² of living space and 1000 m² of garden, this villa offers you all the comfort for 8 people with large living spaces, a beautiful luminosity with its southern exposure, its large shaded terrace, its solarium and outdoor spaces. All in a natural and peaceful environment.
The house is very well configured with a very well equipped kitchen open to both the living/dining room and the terrace. The living room is bright with the large bay window.
The laundry area is also very practical with washing machine and dryer, a freezer and a pantry area.

This house with its traditional and neat decoration spontaneously gives the feeling of a family home where you feel good with your loved ones.
The plancha area and the large kitchen will allow you to concoct good dishes to share with your loved ones on the terrace or in the dining room.
Want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate between two swims at the nearby beach? Take advantage of the large shaded terrace to enjoy the outdoors in all seasons. Young and old alike will be able to enjoy the large garden. Ping-pong or table football games (Bonzini for experts) will also allow you to enjoy the scents of the typical vegetation of the region.
For lovers of idleness and sunbathing, the solarium will be your favorite place. Beware of sunburns though.
A COMFORTABLE SLEEPING AREA
It is separated into 2 areas, ideal when you come with two families. Everyone has their own space and independence.
On the ground floor, there is a large master suite with a double bed 160x200, large wardrobes, an office area and a large shower room with water closet. The room is big enough to add the baby cot we provide. Right next to it is a second bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x190.
The ground floor is completed by an independent water closet.
Upstairs, the corridor, bathed in light by the large bay windows overlooking the solarium, leads to the different rooms. Starting with a beautiful bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, desk and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of 90x200 that can be grouped with a mattress topper or separated on request. This room is equipped with a wardrobe and a writing desk.
You will not be left out for storage spaces with the quadruple wardrobe in the hallway.
Upstairs, there is also an independent water closet and a second shaded terrace facing North.

TRAVELLER ACCESS
The house and its outdoor spaces are totally dedicated to you with the exception of the cellar and the closed garage.
On the parking side, at the back of the house, a small independent house is lent to an association that uses this space a few days each week. They have an independent entrance and this does not generate vis-à-vis on the garden and living spaces. Only a few windows overlook your parking lot.
GUEST INTERACTION
You will have a single contact available to welcome you, carry out check-in and check-out. This person will introduce you to the property as a whole, how it works and will be available during your stay if you have any questions about the accommodation. She will give you and comment on our tour guide who advises you on typical days to discover the region. She will be reachable by email, text message and on her mobile.
OTHER REMARKS
We provide you with 4 secure parking spaces within the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation or in the green areas due to the risk of fire. You can take advantage of the terraces for this.
The house cannot be rented to organize parties or events. It is only dedicated to a clientele looking for calm and serenity. This is a neighbourhood in which noisy behaviour is not accepted.
Check-in times: 4pm-7pm. Departure times: 9am-11am. During the summer period, the agency will define the time of availability of the property and departure in these slots according to the schedule of the maintenance and reception teams.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
“Clos des plages” offers a privileged location in La Ciotat. You are located 220 m from the Grande Plage de la Ciotat, you have access to shops, restaurant on foot. The St Jean district and its small port are accessible in 10 minutes on foot.
The famous Lumière Palace of the Lumière brothers is 100m away.
Less than 20 minutes on foot or 7/8 minutes by bike, discover the old town of La Ciotat which is quietly explored along small streets full of charm, and free of all traffic, the center being pedestrianized. We pass in front of residences whose construction dates from the fifteenth to the nineteenth century. The tangle of streets and alleys leads to many squares, such as the Place Sadi Carnot and its refreshing fountain where you can stop for a drink.
You can also take advantage of the new quays of the old port, which were completely renovated in 2019. The markets and terraces are all invitations to take pleasure in the rhythm of the products, dishes and the Mediterranean climate. You can easily enjoy La Ciotat and its unique environment with its indented and spectacular coastline, its bay nicknamed "THE GULF OF LOVE" but also its hinterland: Calanques park, Calanque de Figuerolles, park and Calanque du Mugel, the green island, the beaches, Castellet circuit, ...
On or underwater, on land or in the air, the choice of activities is wide: diving, sailing, kayaking, hiking or simply relaxing to enjoy the omnipresent sun. You can also take your car back and set off at your leisure to discover the AOC vineyards of Cassis or Bandol, visit the Calanques by boat, opt for a golf course, practice hiking in the Castellet massifs or in the Calanques reserve, discover the Golden Islands, Marseille, Aix en Provence, ...
TRANSPORT
The house can be reached from exit 9 of the A50 in about 5/6 minutes.
The SNCF train station of La Ciotat is 2.5 km away, 5 to 6 minutes also by car.
The house is served by bus line 352, Allée Lumière station, which serves the station and the port. It's very convenient.
The departures of the shuttles to the green island or the Calanques from the port of La Ciotat are 10 minutes away by car.
