The property is in a perfect location in the old town , it’s on a lovely square with very friendly locals .apartment was perfect extremely clean with fresh towels and water everyday .
The host couldn’t have been more helpful , she organised a taxi from train station and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants .
There was nothing we didn’t like .
Just as others have said be aware stairs are steep to the top floor apartment .

Right in the Hearth of Monopoli Old town, either can be reach by foot or bicycle, which make the staying feeling being local. Because it is in the hearth of the old town, the restaurants an shops or main square are in walking distance. This facility is not a hotel-like service, it more like self service with tight securities and high privacy. Don't forget to take your moment and enjoy rooftop balcony.
Only access the facility by walking, so if you carry a large luggage you might have problem reaching there. And the facility is old building reformed, to get to the room has a quire steep stair, carrying large luggage up to the room will cause some difficulty.

Our stay was very comfortable. The property is located in the historic city centre, which is truly stunning. The room was lovely and dark for sleeping in, and all the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The spacious apartment left plenty of room for our big suitcases. We were in a great location for exploring the city
This property is not accessible by car. It was challenging getting our big suitcases to the property, requiring a long walk over cobblestone streets. Worth being aware there is a steep staircase to reach the bedrooms also.

This was one of the best accommodations ever!
The staff prepared the room for an early check-in and as this was our little honeymoon, they also gave us a free bottle of wine and the room was full of rose pedals! the location is great, the room is super clean and they give you fresh beach towels every day! The neighbours are also amazing, very friendly and they even invited us for a small birthday party which was an amazing experience! 10/10.
There is a stand with fruits outside the accommodation every day since 7am, which means that locals like to chat and be a little bit noisy. It did not impact us a lot, but for somebody who is a light sleeper, this might not be as nice.
