L'emplacement, la vue en partie sur le port et le haut de Funchal, les chambres et la communication avec le propriétaire.
Le manque d'eau chaude trop limité pour 4 personnes, la propreté laisse à désirer (sous le canapé de la poussière et des restes de nourriture, les portes et les interrupteurs sont sales...) le chien du voisin qui aboie sans cesse mais cela n'est pas de la faute du propriétaire. Les 2 terrasses sont inexploitables, en haut impossible de faire un BBQ ou manger au niveau des chambres et l'autre donne sur la rue, trop de passage...
