Prachtig appartement mooi ingericht met geweldig uitzicht vlakbij het centrum en aan de boulevard Vlakbij de haven ,eigen parkeergarage en genoeg voorzieningen

Die Lage war super mit Blick direkt auf den Atlantik. Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl machen den Zugang sehr bequehm.
Die Beschreibung der Schlüsselübergabe müsste komplett in einer Nachricht erfolgen. So habe ich den Schlüsseltresor erst am eigentlichen Haus gesucht...er war aber am Immobilienbüro. Bei Ankunft im dunklen und strömenden Regen war das dann alles etwas schwierig. Fotos von der Eingangstür des Hauses wären auch im dunklen hilfreich. Am Tage bei geöffneten Immobilien ist das sicher alles unproblematisch. Es war nicht klar, wie wir unseren Müll entsorgen können. Wir haben Spülmaschine und Backofen nicht in Betrieb nehmen können.....ging aber für die paar Tage auch ohne.

Great sea views, very spacious and clean. Staff very attentive and fixed a blocked over flowing shower the next day.
Starting to look a bit tired and dated (faded rugs, rusty furniture) which would be ok except this was by far the pricier of available properties. Needs updating for the prices charges.
