Location, location, location! Very nice boutique apartment which ticked all the boxes. Apartment also included car park space.

It is extremely clean and everything is/ looks new. The location is very nice, 2 minutes to the beach/ with many restaurants and coffee shops. We didn’t use but i think the managers were kind enough to let some essentials (coffee, oil, salt) for the guests.
The bed is a little small. During the night it was a little noisy as there is no AC and you have to sleep with the windows open. (But it was also a night of World Cup and Portugal played @2am, so this might have caused the noise during the night.)

Location, price, decent kitchen, updated and well maintained.
Some of the cook ware should be replaced. We were on the very top floor, 3 flights with no elevator. Double bed is just to small.

The location was great and walkable to the main strip and beach. Free parking and the apartment was clean.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor and no elevator so hard to get luggage up. The towels/linen were very old and threadbare and as were the pillows too. Stale smell in the room. Property needs maintenance as soap dispenser in shower broken, TV nearly falling off wall, toilet seat broken, no safe in apartment to store passports etc.
