Choose it if you need 2 beds, want to be as close to the beach as possioble, and do not care about comfort.
The place is grossly overpriced.
Technically, the aparament matches the description.
But only technically.
The remodeling is well thought of and efficient, but very cheap and minimal.
The pictures are made with a wide angle lens and make it seem much larger than in reality.
The bed is the worse we slept in during this trip (we stayed in nearly a dozen places). This is not a place to relax.
The apartment is one minute from the beach but is not "beachfront"
From the tiny balcony you can see the end of the street and guess that there is the ocean there -- but calling this "ocean view" is too much.
It would be "Wonderful" as a budget apartment, but the price fall into the midrange for this area.
I specifically picked a more expensive option expecting it match the description.
