This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms, setting, location and service was truly world class. We love the coffee shop that is truly one of a kind.

Lovely location and gorgeous room. Truly a beautiful stay. They allowed our toddler to come with at no extra cost. The breakfast was amazing. They have a mobile spa service as well which was phenomenal. Overall the cottage amenities were great, it was spotless and extremely comfortable! Loved it.
No complaints at all. Maybe gowns and slippers would be a nice touch to elevate the luxury experience but honestly this was already perfect as is.

Cleanliness but the two floral chairs in the lounge are dirty. Regular deep cleaning would be appropriate.
The electricity was cut off in the early hours of the morning. We didn’t know what had happened, and our phones were not charged since we had assumed they were charging. We had to search for the DB box in the dark. The worst thing about the property was that only two people managed to bathe with hot water on Saturday night and Sunday morning. I believe your geyser should supply hot water for all the guests, since that cottage accommodates 6 people, but it was just 4 of us and only 2 got to bathe with hot water. That’s what made our stay very unpleasant.
