El trato de los propietarios fue en todo momento muy profesional y flexible, nos ofrecieron una atención constante, accedieron a nuestras peticiones y nos ayudaron a sentirnos como en casa. El alojamiento cumplió ampliamente con nuestras expectativas. Tuvimos a nuestra disposición cuatro habitaciones suficientemente amplias, dos baños equipados y un amplio comedor con dos cómodos sofás, grandes ventanas y un balcón. Es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable y muy cercano a los accesos de la Acrópolis.
A causa de la ola de frío extremo que había en la ciudad de Atenas, hubiera sido conveniente que - aunque hubiese sido de manera excepcional - la calefacción hubiera estado conectada algunas horas antes a nuestra llegada. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que el vecino del piso de abajo iniciara unas obras con mucho ruido durante los tres últimos días de nuestra estancia, incluyendo un sábado.

Location was outstanding; less than a 5-minute walk from the Acropolis Museum and all the restaurants and shops in that area. Communication with hosts was good. While early check-in wasn't possible, we were able to get access early and leave our luggage there while housekeeping cleaned the apartment. Value for price is excellent, especially for a 4 bedroom apartment with 3 toilets in that area. The 2 TVs worked well and had some English options. The large main living area is also so rare, and great when travelling in a large group. The building elevator was also something we appreciated. Space was also clean overall.
Not their fault, but there were 2 homeless people sleeping on a bench not far from the main building door. We never felt unsafe, but it does make you pause a bit when first checking-in to the apartment. One of the bathrooms did not flush properly, and the lock was finicky and someone in our group was almost locked-in. The showers could also use a curtain or something to keep the water in, as it ended up all over the bathroom floor. The furniture in the apartment is a bit dated, but worked fine for our group. To get hot water for showers, we had to turn on the boiler - this was a bit annoying, but simple and manageable.

The location was amazing, could not ask for a better one. The beds were comfy. Correspondence with the property manager was excellent. The air conditioners were quiet and worked well.
The place is tired. It needs some upgrades including a new couch which was dirty and old. And it needs a deep clean, corners, bathrooms, and balcony. The kitchen is sparse, no spatula for making eggs, dirty pan in the oven, and only one frying pan. There was a dirty towel left in the bathroom under the sink so we knew that floor was not properly cleaned.
