So room is huge, we can open our suitcases and leave it open for the entire stay because the area is big enough. It is comfortable.

Rooms are clean and have amazing swimming pools for adults and kids! Had fun and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast buffet is superb! Will definitely be coming back on our next vacation.
They don’t open all the pools every day so they alternate it when opening the toddlers pool and kids pool.

I like the Pool and the beach and the outside CR with AC
They are not focusing on the convenient of their guest, they are given us a room with defective AC and we have to wait for their maintenance to report even I personally tell them the problem and requested to transfer to other room. They transfer us into other room but also has defective AC and still not cleaned, they transfer us 3 times. It's a waste of time and we checked in at 3 pm but settle our butt at already 5 pm
