Nice balcony for breakfast and sunsets, Nice to have acsess to cooking facilities. Big bed, Cute cat, and close to convenience store and bakery for fresh morning croissants. Close to main road and parking on the premises. Walking distance from beach, Supermarket and eateries! All important communication was through text messages.
The aircon was a little loud, and the drain in the shower was a little clogged.

The view is amazing, the position is perfect. Free parking available, 5min walk to the bus stop for Dubrovnik or for the airport, 10min to the beach, next to groceries store and restaurants.
Room was quite big, host really really friendly (speaks even Italian).
AC works great and each
Kitchen is shared.
Ceiling lights of the room didn't work, bathroom is not ventilated.
During night the parking my be full.
