The rooms are very clean, quite ideal and sufficient, and the beds are comfortable. You can enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the mornings and have pleasant conversations there in the evenings. It offers a safe and secure place to stay. The host is attentive and understanding, and kindly answered all of our questions. The location is also close to the beach—you can reach it by going up and down the stairs. There is a market about a 10-minute walk away, but I’d recommend going by car, especially in the heat. Many thanks to the host for all their help and kindness.

Very clean. Anna and her husband were so helpful. The place was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Perfect location to get to the airport.

Good stay although I won't return here next time

The location was fantastic and we were welcomed warmly. The apartment was also clean on our arrival and there was parking. There was a really nice terrace as well for chilling

The wifi was terrible and almost non existent. I complained multiple times for it to get fixed but still no solution. It was frustrating that I had no wifi to use throughout the entire trip. Also there was no housekeeping so we basically had to sleep everyday with our own trash!

A wonderful escape

It was modern and very clean. The area was quiet. The towels were changed every other day. It felt like home. Anna was friendly.

Good location

We were met by the owners who showed us to their apartment. It was cosy with a small bathroom. The bed is comfortable and has a duvet as bedding. There are no cooking facilities but has a kettle with herbal tea & coffee. Outside there a courtyard which you can sit in. Parking is on site. The unit is close to the bus which takes you into town. You get the No 10 or 11 bus which takes you to the Old Town gates. There are a couple of restaurants close by but we drove to another area. If you choose to get the ferry back from Dubrovnik it is a short walk up the stairs from Mlini. There is a drying rack outside for everyone to use.

Our bedroom was at the front of the block next to the outdoor area where people smoke at night. I couldn't open all the shutters so our room was a little dark.

Inmejorable sunset view spot

The very gentle attention from the guest, surely the stunning view from the terrace which was ideal place for the sunset framed dinner and quite comfortable furniture in the room.

Only two things to remark, an issue with the boiler, having after a short time got cold, and the parking spot that might be tight for a bigger car than a compact 5 doors one.

It was a perfect one night stay before we traveled to the airport

Anna was very kind and helped us find a close and good restaurant that we walked to. This is a great option for traveling to the airport early the next morning. It is only 15 minutes to the airport. They have a lovely deck to enjoy. We did not have time to enjoy the deck due to our time restraint.

It is tricky to find. It is difficult to turn left traveling south towards the airport. We ended up turning around and going back, so we could make a right turn into the driveway.

the patio was shared with a provate table, the kitchen lacked a few things, the owner behaved rudely while checking out and came in the room saying we need to clean the place before leaving

Exceptional

The apartment is fantastic. Very clean, everything new, close to the beach, quite and a beautiful view. Shower is amazing and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also needed to do the check-in earlier and it was possible. Anna is a very nice and kind host. I definitely recommend the Guest House Anna :)

El lugar es bellísimo, la habitación es cómoda, muy bien decorada y súper limpia!! Se ve nueva y moderna!! Me encantó!!! Está cerca de la playa, justo enfrente, bajando unas escaleras llegas y es un paraíso!! Estás a 15 minutos en auto a la ciudad antigua . Es muy práctico!! Y un párrafo aparte para la dueña que es un amor! Nos dejó dejar las valijas e ir a la playa porque los íbamos por la tarde!! Una genia!!

Une belle location entre aéroport et Dubrovnik

Mlini , son port et ses plages est agreable, baignade facile dans une eau claire et pure, ,les plages sont petites mais pas trop bondées . Bus n 10 à proximité pour aller à Dubrovnik pour 2e80, en 20 mn. Attention à descendre au bon arrêt de bus si vous allez à old town. Appart neuf, fonctionnel, 2 pièces confortables. Très bien insonorisé parce que proche de la route et avec une clim très silencieuse. Un bon très grand lit double.

La terrasse est mignonne mais difficile d en profiter car elle est côté route extrêmement passante
