Wow!!! this property has the most unbelievable views!!! It has a delightful roof top terrace to sit and enjot the sweeping views across Matera. It was easy to find and the location central in the old town made exploring easy and enjoyable.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our short one night stay, we wish it ws two :)

the location was excellent to visit the sassi. the view from the room was amazing. the bathroom was renovated and bright.
the living area was so small it seemed non existent. it was difficult to find. they did provide a video, but given the nature of the area, it was difficult to find. there's an amazing terrace on the top floor

Nice place close to some free parking spots and easy to access the night life of Matera.
The place is awesome, clean with amazing view.
The staff were really helpful, and gave good tips for the town.

The location was top notch - in the maze of the narrow streets stood a small, cute house with 360-degree views of all Matera could offer! The roof terrace offered a large parasole as well and the first-floor bedroom's balcony doors opened to a magnificent view. Also, there was an espresso machine and pods / free water included, and bathroom was well equipped with all necessary toiletries and nice set of towels. The lady who welcomed us was very accommodating and friendly.
The property seemed a little run-down - chairs on the terrace were all broken (not to the point of unusable, but just one step removed) and the curtains in the bathroom fell down upon a touch... The AC was located above the second-floor bedroom and cooled only that. First-floor bedroom had to make do with a fan. And then there are Very Narrow stairs that are very difficult to navigate. Especially in the dark. I had to use the bathroom at night, slipped and broke my toe. So, we will not return.
