A great apartment just a few minutes walk from the main square and all the beauty of Matera. Ideal to have a parking spot out the front and great communication with the host throughput. The host was also amazing when I mistakingly forgot to leave the keys on departure , grazie Imma !😊

Nothing , although something to consider for friends- the second bedroom is after the main one so you need to walk through the main for the living room/ bathroom . Not a problem for us being family but just good to know

Emplacement idéal à 2min de la place de Matera, à 1min d'une superette.

Propreté à revoir, le sol n'était pas nettoyer dans les coins, derrière les lits,... traces de moisissures partout (chambre, douche,...). L'appartement est très humide et difficile à chauffer entièrement. Il y a d'ailleurs une odeur d'humidité ++. Dans la salle de bain impossible de mettre du chauffage. Petit déjeuner compris : il s'agit d'un gâteau industriel, biscotte et croissant industriel. Heureusement que l'emplacement est bon. Beaucoup de chose à rénover dans ce logement !
