Posizione centrale, vicino a ristoranti, locali ed attrazioni turistiche. I locali sono ampi, bagno compreso, ed il terrazzino è bellissimo. La cucina è dotata di tutto per una buona colazione. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile.

Location perfetta per visitare Matera: giusto all'inizio del Sasso Caveoso, con facile accesso alla strada del "piano" ma al tempo stesso a 2 passi dai veri Sassi materani. Appartamento grande in tipica pietra di tufo, abbastanza silenzioso nonostante la centralità, con buone dotazioni e servizi.
Purtroppo l'umidità di Matera è difficile da evitare così come la promiscuità con i tanti ristoranti della zona.

La posizione dell alloggio è ottima .
Nella casa c è un cattivo odore di muffa , agli angoli delle pareti c è umidità ovunque , Il pavimento da sensazione di sporco . Non è come da foto .
