La ubicación es excelente.. El lugar es muy tipico de matera, por lo q te hace sentir el lugar de una manera muy particular y emocionante
Las camas no me resultaron agradables.. Los colchones tenían mucho uso y estaban como con una ondulación pronunciada lo q hace q uno no descanse bien y se levante con algunos dolores

Nous avons passé une nuit d’étape à Matera (qui au passage est un très beau village) L’appartement était agréable autant par son apparence que par son emplacement. Arrivée et départ autonome grâce a la boîte à clefs. Simona est très gentil et nous envoie par whatsapp toutes les infos nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour!
Un petit bémols pour le canapé lit (matelas fin pour une nuit ça va mais pour une semaine le confort peut-être compliqué)

L’établissement est parfaitement placé à l’entrée des sassi mais tout en étant proche du stationnement couvert. Malgré d’être au centre de l’action, il est très silencieux.
Il y a une forte odeur d’humidité et il semble y avoir des moisissures dans la salle de bain

La posizione dell alloggio è ottima .
Nella casa c è un cattivo odore di muffa , agli angoli delle pareti c è umidità ovunque , Il pavimento da sensazione di sporco . Non è come da foto .
