This unit is very contemporary, modern and clean. My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks while he was studying at a local School of Spanish in Plaza de Merced. The location was ideal in that the street on which the unit is located had all food and drink services plus other shops. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach in one direction, and in the same time you could walk the other way to the beautiful old town. The Circle line bus is two minutes down the road, thus providing easy access to other areas.
On balance it was a very easy place to live.

Appartement bien situé (à 10 mn à pied du centre ville)dans un quartier vivant et proche des commerces.
Nous avons apprécié la décoration, la propreté et le confort de cet appartement.
La seule difficulté est se garer à proximité, car les places sont très chères et on hésite à utiliser la voiture une fois une place trouvée
