L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence fermée et sécurisée. Il donne sur une cour intérieure. Le centre historique est à 20 minutes à pied et il y a des arrêts de bus très proches. Le quartier est calme. Il y a des commerces très proches de l’appartement.
Il y a une odeur d’humidité, de tabac lorsqu’on entre dans l’appartement. Il manque de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine. Le lave-linge ne fonctionne qu’à l’eau froide. Le chauffage fait du bruit, impossible de dormir avec.
