About this villa rental
VILLA LAS ROSAS offers an ideal stay for those who want to enjoy the sea and Alghero social life, without sacrificing the peace and rural serenity. A bar and a variety of catering establishments are nearby a few KM away.
The house is on two levels on the upper floor there is the sleeping area with three rooms, a first en suite bedroom, and one second large bathroom.
Downstairs there is a large room with fireplace, a living room, a kitchen a double bedroom and a third bathroom with washing machine.
Outside there is a large veranda, a barbecue area, an outdoor swimming pool 5x10 solarium around the pool with sun beds, garden with lawn and ample parking.
The bedrooms are air conditioned.
In the hall, there is a TV with satellite channels also our guests can take advantage of the free wifi,
The kitchen has a four burner stove oven and microwave there are also a kettle, toaster, coffee dishes, and dishwasher.
Towels and linen are included.
Power consumption is included .
Possibility of paid daily cleaning on request.
The pool will be cleaned every three days (the proprieties reserves access to the pool to clean)
The structure can accommodate 8 people with possibility of additional beds up to a maximum of 11.

The villa is situated in a rural area around 10-15 min. by car from Alghero so a car is needed. The area is quite nice and quiet compared to Alghero but be aware that there are neighbors very near by that can be somewhat noisy (not a problem for us).Very nice property with beautiful pool area with good shade and plenty of sun loungers. Both indoor and outdoor kitchen that is very well equipped. Bathrooms quite small and especially the showers was very small and with an odor of sewer. Plenty of indoor space and good functioning air conditions. Beds a little to hard for our liking but not the worst I have tried. Very good communication with the owners who came very fast when we had issues with the house. All in all a good experience.

We were two families of 9 people and the villa was perfectly sized for all of our needs. The outdoor living area was fantastic. Superb pool (regularly cleaned) and sunbathing area (with sun loungers and shade) provided us perfect respite from the beaches when temperatures were at their highest. The bbq and outside dining area were also much appreciated for relaxing evenings. Indoors, the kitchen and downstairs area were large and cool. Mosquito nets and doors were in every room and entrance. All the bedrooms were good sizes and had air conditioning. There were also 3 bathrooms with showers which worked perfectly for our large family. Location was great too as the villa is situated 10 mins or so from Alghero. Thank you so much to the hosts, Cristina and Mario! They were always available if needed and gave some good ideas for restaurants etc. A very friendly, helpful couple. They also left us some Prosecco, water and other welcome treats from the Alghero area on our arrival. Thank you for an amazing stay in your gorgeous villa and Alghero. I would highly recommend!

It was so lovely to stay in a quiet neighborhood with sounds of birds. We enjoyed the pool, outside seating areas including the covered table, and spacious house, equipped with many items for cooking and enjoying the property. The hosts were very friendly and communicated the check-in, check-out process well. For a question that came up during the stay, the host quickly helped. I definitely recommend!
