Villa I Prati in Montaione is located in the hills of the Val d’Elsa valley which goes from San Gimignano to the plain of Pisa on one side, and towards the unique Etruscan town, Volterra, on the other. This area is full of large woodlands alternated with cultivated fields and olive groves. The villa rental enjoys beautiful views on every side with a backdrop of cypress trees, the symbol of Tuscany. The complex is made up of the main villa accommodation and two annexes suitable for groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together without giving up their privacy. This location is also suitable for cultural excursions: famous towns like San Gimignano with its towers, Volterra or Siena are within easy reach by car along quiet roads. Outside the villa, there are large areas paved in terracotta and stone, dotted with flower beds and lawns, totally fenced, where there is also the Irregular-shaped pool for the exclusive use of the guests (7x21, 1.20/1.50m deep)(01/05-10/10) with Jacuzzi area, sunbeds and umbrellas and a large equipped loggia. The villa has central heating and air conditioning. The laundry room is in an external room (washing machine, drier).
Included in the price: air conditioning, wi fi Internet connection, final cleaning, utilities (water, gas and electricity, but not heating); swimming pool and garden maintenance, 1 mid week maid service (no linens change, for weekly stays). For stays longer than one week, a weekly cleaning with linen change is included. To be requested at the moment of booking and paid for on location: baby bed, highchair, local cook or chef, catering-service, shopping and delivery service on arrival/during your stay. Car park on the property.
PLEASE NOTE: Not drinkable water. Pets are allowed upon request. For stays with a pet the amount of the deposit will be Eu 1000.00. Check-in: between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. For late arrivals a 40 Euros fee will be applied.
