Golden Leaf Apartment

The property was in a really good location , the owner gave clear instructions on how to get inside which was really helpful , it has a cosy vibe a nice large floor plan

The only issues I had is it was a little nosey at night time coming from the bathroom not too sure why , and the only other thing which isn’t a big issue is the photos don’t look exactly like the property does right now , it’s not far off but I do think photos should be updated

It looks much newer on the photo - the apartment is tired and furniture asks for renovation. In bathroom is a deposit of calcium. The blanket and bed-clothes are cheap and low-quality. I expected more for that price

The accommodation was easy to reach, and the building had an elevator, so getting in was very convenient. We liked that the apartment was spacious: besides the bed, there was also a sofa and a large dining area. The kitchen counter was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped with plenty of toilet paper.

There were a few aspects we liked less. The floor unfortunately didn’t look as nice in person—the old rustic parquet had been painted white, and the paint was worn off in several places. The apartment had only one air conditioner, which didn’t heat the space properly given the cold weather outside; it only produced slightly warm air. The electric heater in the bedroom had fallen off the wall when we arrived, and even after putting it back, we couldn’t get it to work, although the host mentioned it should have been functioning. They kindly offered to come over and check it, but since it was already late, we didn’t want to disturb them. The shower drain was partially clogged, so the water accumulated and rose almost to ankle level while we were showering. There was also a slight odd smell throughout the apartment that didn’t go away even after airing out.
