Real Apartments Klauzál II

Sehr altes Haus mit hohen Decken nicht weit von Bahnhof Keleti. Sehr sauber, alles für Leben da. Nettes Personal. In der Wohnung war es warm und die Dusche war gut.

Auf den Matratzen war Plastiktüte drauf, was geknistert hat und meine Freundin sehr genervt🙄. Aber sonst war alles super. Ich würde gerne noch mal dort übernachten. Mit kleinen Kindern wäre es zu hoch und unbequem, kein Aufzug. Aber für die Erwachsenen ist super.

Чудове розташування. Чисто, є все необхідне для не тривалого перебування. Тепло, сухо. Посуд необхідний в наявності. Дякую за житло. Гарний варіант.

Шумні сусіди. Диван у вітальні не дуже зручний - вночі сам роз'їджається на дві частини. Подушки такі маленькі, що доводилось класти під голову куртку.

Přestože bylo ubytování levné neznamená že tam musí být nepořádek, mluvím např o toaletě a mastných nožích. Také by pan/paní majitelka mohli koupit nové povlečení, deky.. dost flekaté i matrace.

The location is good. Just a couple of streets away from the party spots. The living and bed room are small as shown in the photos. The bathroom is spacious and well designed. The shower was very good. Bed was comfortable. The girl who came to check me in communicated promptly on whatsapp and was otherwise a helpful guide during my stay.

(1) I was there at the end of the month of May when it had become warm in the afternoon. I selected an apartment which specified the facilities included airconditioning. However on reaching there every effort was made to avoid giving me the airconditioner remote control. I was 1st falsely told over message that the ac was out of order. When i told them to discount the room in that case since it was a facility mentioned, they messaged it was not ac season yet and that temperature was 22.5° and therfore I should not require the aircon. When I informed them the room was stuffy, warm and there was no air circulation, I was told I should open the windows. However the sole window opened into the common passage from the stairs (which they surely knew of) and could not be left open. Then they stated they could only bring me the remote the next day (that is on the 2nd of the 2 days I was staying there). Upon my reminding them the next day the remote was brought to me only at about 2.30pm. And of course magically, it was not out of order. My only suggestion would be that if you do not want to provide airconditioning simply remove it from your list of facilities so that a customer can decide if they want a room without one. But you cannot sell a room on the basis of that facility and then tell a customer you ought not to require airconditioning because I do not think the temperature warrants it. (2) There was a sewage smell from the bathroom possibly coming from the common duct which progressively percolated into the rooms. (3) The room is on the 2nd floor with no elevator - not that it was stated there was an elevator.
