BELIZ2 AC NEW Cozy Apartment in the City Center

Clean and newly renovated apartment perfectly suited for 2-person holiday week or workations (there is an actual workplace with worktable and a workchair!). It is located really close to a couple of popular Ruin bars, but it surprisingly quiet during days and nights! Bathroom was clean, fairly roomy and has a nice bath + properly working rainshower. Decent bed and (very) soft pillows are comfortable, but don't expect premium or miracles here. During my stay there was a small issue one evening with the Wifi (router needed to be reset) and to my surprise the host responded very quickly and the issue was solved within one hour. Also the host let me access the apartment earlier then the stated 15:00u check-in time to allow me having an online meeting, which was nice. Entering the main building from the street with a RFID keychain actually makes it quicker and more convenience then pressing multiple codes in other apartment buildings I stayed before. To collect your key, you do need to follow a multiple step guide which is not really complicated if you ready carefully.

I didn't notice it on the photo's, but the apartment is actually 1 of 4 apartments with a shared main frontdoor and entrance hall. You do have an own apartment door (obviously), but a shared main frontdoor means you notice it when other guests enter/leave their apartment. The main frontdoor needs some force opening/closing properly. Not a big issue for me, but it might annoy some guests. Another minor thing: in front of the main frontdoor there was a chair with an ashtray/sigaretes which don't feel inviting to the apartment when you first get there. Luckily, the inside is neat and clean though. Also, like many other apartment buildings in Budapest, the main building looks a bit degraded (but this is outside of the owners control obviously).
