The hotel does not stand 4 star ratings , it nedalyvaus can make it to 3.. very rude unpleasant administrator , unhelpful and didn’t have any idea how to deal with two separate bookings made through booking.com… The evening food apart of fish the was nothing to eat . In the morning coffee machine was broken , there was a que of round 20 people to get the coffee. The rooms basic , no coffee in the room just a kettle and two tea bags , no fridge either … The amount paid does not even stand the chance to pay for the services we had… Will never come back ..

Experience to repeat again!

Although there might be always things to improve, I truly enjoyed this experience. We were having two bedroom apartments, which are spacious and give sufficient privacy for bigger groups of travelers. One of the reasons to chose this hotel was their policy on dogs - our shepsky enjoyed the hospitality the same way as we did. The location is unbeatable, only a few steps to the beach. Tasty and various breakfast, leaving you full until late. Great sauna and outside / inside swimming pool facilities. Might get crowded in popular hours, but still manageable.

The restaurant could be working later (it closes at 9 pm). The hotel does not offer towels in the swimming pool, so you have to carry from the room. Quite a small bathroom area in the apartment of two bedrooms. Crtainly a need for more hangers inside to dry the towels. Perhaps not an issue during hot period, but in case it is raining outside, inside you dont find anything to hang your towels.

Great place with indoor spa

Location, spa, free parking, breakfast. Good value for the money and probably the best place with an indoor pool in Sventoji.

Restaurant Kopu 30. Poor menu, the schnitzel was a disaster. Probably because of that it is always empty. No fridge in the room. No luggage trolleys and no elevator or at least I didn't see one. Towels you need to ask reception. Not always are people available at the reception. The spa is closed during the day.

Very nice stay in Sventoji.

Staff were very accommodating Pijus on reception gave us a better room when we asked for the possibility of an upgrade. The room was new and spacious. Bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk to beautiful white sandy beaches.

Car park was full but there was a second car park close by that belonged to the hotel. So not really an issue.

Absolutely amazing

We were nicely surprised how beautiful hotel is. The hotel is after renovation so the room we stayed was top notch. Very comfortable bed, linen and towels were all new too. We had a special occasion stay, so the bed was nicely decorated for us and there was even fresh flowers in the room. Check in was exceptional, we were guided to our room, staff were very professional, especially would love to mention the lady at reception, I think if I remember correctly Gražina was her name. The swimming pool area, jacuzzi and sauna was exceptional too, everything new, plenty of space very well planned. Breakfast buffet excellent!

Warning signs or non slippery mats should be in place all the time at the pool area (were the steps are to get in and out to the pool) as the wooden surface gets very slippery when wet.

Not the best hotel to stay with little kids, but the price and location is good.

Nice staff, tasty food, the property near the sea, really good location.

The standart rooms are quite old, the sound isolation is terrible, the bed matress was too soft (although this might not be a disadvantage for the others).

very close to the beach, clean, superb breakfast, lots of choice. Restaurant is great too, staff very friendly.

We enjoyed the pool, great area only small issue kids do take over the pool by jumping, splashing, screaming non stop. I would suggest maybe introducing adults only time for few hours a day, unless there is plans of separate kids pool. we have kids our selfs so we do know how hard is to control them all the time, but when you are trying to have time away from kids this spoils a little. Rooms are clean, but lacking few touches to make it feel luxury. Tea, coffee, sugar in the rooms as you have a kettle already. Hanging facility in the bathroom at least one knob, a glass for the toothbrushes. The room feels very plain, needs coziness paint or wallpaper one wall. In general it’s ok, but…. The reception area and restaurant is very nicely done, outdoors spaces are lovely too, the room decor disappoints a little for the price it is.
