I liked that there was available rooms on valentines day, there was pools and saunas included in the price + breakfast. Overall fair price.

There was a lot of people on valentines day, only 1 pool, but in the morning it was great, there was only a few people in saunas, and pool

- The swimming pool and saunas are open only two hours a day 20:00-22:00 (there is no information about that on booking) - no room service (a housekeeper knocked at 8.30 in the morning and gave us a bin bag that was all) - not enough tables during breakfast, long queues, very little "restaurant" - too expensive for the quality you get

We liked the proximity to the beach and the friendly lady at the breakfast station

A lot! Advertising that they have AC and they did not. We were told there is a balcony…. The SPA nothing special. Freezing cold water in pool and serving tea which ran out so no one refilled it The staff at front desk were not helpful at all and super rude. Looked like they hate their job and working there is torture for them

Location is perfect. Room big and nice. Staff perfect. Please make hooks for bathrobes in the bathroom :)

Please consider to change menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the meal is eatable, but looks so strange, weird and funny. Canape for breakfast with I don't know what on bread :), really? make it simple, it looks like a terrible savings :). Just simple, recognisable food, what's with what and on what, no need for so many strange cabage salads and all the other weird food improvisations.

Very good

Hotel is located 100+ m from the beach. In a small village, 15km from Palanga. We got lucky to have the room with a view to the sea! Notwithstanding, season has ended - temperature and comfort was on highest level in the room.

With the current energy crisis and after season end we got some negative experience. Breakfest was quite poor. On saturday there were approx 5 couples in all hotel (of ~100 rooms), but friday and sunday we had feeling like we are alone in all hotel. Late in the evening all electricity switched off and we had to use our phone lighters if wanted to leave our room! We planned and expected SPA experience, but SPA center was open only 2 hours every day and closed on sunday. SPA center very small! :( 3 small saunas: steam, infra red and finnish and small swimming pool. That's it!

very small room, asked for double bed due to stay for 2 adults+child to sleep in between however there were 2 single beds put together meaning there was a gap in the middle and child could not sleep. no air conditioning, property is stating they have air conditioning however there is no sign of ac. loud music from surrounding areas all night long- loud concerts etc. towels had stains, loads of dusts, not worth the money.
