It was exceptional place. Very pleasant staff on the reception. Our check in was so fast. The room was comfortable and clean. There were all appliances. The view of the city (Nis) from the window was amazing. We've stayed there one night only but it was unforgettable. We'll definitely stay there next time.

Don't recommend, not matching the description

Trying to unlock the room was a challenge - the key was just spinning around, but not unlocking. Two people of the staff were needed in order to unlock the door, but no repair or explanation on how to do it ourselves later. It was written that there are two queen beds and one sofa bed. In reality it was one queen bed and two sofa beds. We talked with the person at reception - she said that this is the room and nothing can be done. Claimed that the sofa bed was very comfortable - it was not at all, the upper half was firm and the lower part was soft. The doors of the bedroom and bathroom weren't closing.

Great option for this price level.

Quite a large 2-bedrooms apartment was clean and nice. Soap, toilet paper, fresh towels - always available by request. Kitchen is functional, with all needed stuff to make a simple cooking.

Some stuff was broken - like a hook in a bathroom, door handle. Location is on the mountain, so for long staying it can be complicated to walk to and from the mountain every day. City center is quite far.

i liked that it had large living room and bedroom

very bad experience. walls are very thin and i could not sleep almost all night because of the neighbors who had some fun singing between 2-4 am. toilet was not propperly cleaned. breakfast is very modest , cofee is horrible.\

It was spacious.

It wasn't clean, especially the flooring and the dishes. The hardware is bit by bit is overused especily the kitchen table. Not able to wash the dishes without pooring water around because not suitable kitchen parts.

Fantastic space and great value for money

Staff super helpful, fantastic apartment at a very good price. Immaculate.

Being in a wing of the apartments in the 7th/8th floor with no lift. Normally it wouldn’t matter to me but I had my elderly dog who can’t climb stairs so I had to carry him up and down. Curtains did not keep out light. Quite a lot of noise from neighboring houses. None of these points would put me off booking again.
