Wunderbare Wohnung mit durchdachtem, modernen Design und super Beleuchtungskonzept sowie exzellenter Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage am Hafen mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen direkt gegenüber der Wohnung (außerhalb der Saison!). Ruhiges Haus. Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen ist fantastisch. Sehr aufmerksame und reaktionsschnelle Vermieter.
(1) In der Beschreibung der Wohnung sollte klar und deutlich vermerkt werden, dass zusätzlich eine Reinigungsgebühr von 90 Euro anfällt (in bar), wenn man die Wohnung nicht selbst reinigt. Reinigungsgebühren sind okay, aber es sollte bitte transparent sein. (2) Eine neue Matratze wäre an der Zeit…
