First of all, the staff here were absolutely amazing. There was nothing too much for them. I had some issues getting to the island and the communication with the staff was great and check in the following morning after the morning ferry across was seamless. You have a selection of about 6 set menu items for breakfast so definitely something for anyone. The location is excellent, literally on Long Beach - walk down the steps and you are on the beach. At night time the fire show is right next door and plenty of food options along the beach. There are plenty of diving options through Seahorse and many other snorkelling trips from nearby companies. The showers did not have hot water but that was nice, cooling you down after a hot and humid day. Recommend this place entirely!

Probably the best budget place you’ll get on the islands. Really cool balcony and outside area. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating

Location. Got sun throughout the day
Male receptionist with short black curly hair, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had requested a lower bunk on booking.com and face to face 3 times and was repeatedly told that it was fully booked. 2 beds in my 4 bed dorm were available and one was the lower bunk. Not only did I get sick that night due to the fan right next to me as well as the ac, I lost a day due to getting sick on the top bunk. In the morning I spoke to a lady called Ina who told me that the I practically had the room to myself during my stay and that I could move to the lower bunk. When confronted that curly haired guy he didn’t accept responsibility and blatantly lied to cover up his tracks that someone was arriving today and he had reserved for them. When challenged that I was shown the booking system by Ina that there were no other bookings he just laughed.
Breakfast is also poor quality and presentation - it’s slapped on to a plate. Coffee dripping from the sides of the cup. Customer service standards are poor
