Staff is very welcoming 🥹 breakfast is very delicious, walaupun bihun je, tapi sedap betul 😭…. cuma silap kitorang booking snorkeling awal, kalau tak dah booking with bubu, private sikit tripnya. I love ❤️

I felt so frust because the resort itself is beautiful and had friendly staf but regarding the incident (my kids had found illegal stuf inside the sofa in our room and they already play with it while im in the toilet) this make me trauma if anything bad happen to my kids or other family ,it show how bad u clean the room before the guest check in.. i request for full refund ( i pay for almost *** per night )but the hotel gave so many excuse and make me had to make a police report to make me have my refund back.. the problem is internal ,not my problem.. AGODA PLEASE take this as very serious feedback ..
