About this villa rental
Beautiful detached villa in Cala Sinzias, Costa Rei / Villasimius on 2 floors, 380 meters from the sea. The beautiful beach of Cala Sinzias can be reached on foot directly from the house.
The sea is crystal-colored, the beach of fine white sand with the possibility of having sunbeds, deckchairs, restaurants on the beach, bars and all the services on the beach.
Many other beaches are easily accessible nearby.
The villa is a new construction, inside an exclusive residence, with private parking and completely closed for non-residents, to guarantee security and privacy.
The Villa is equipped with all comforts and has up to 10/12 comfortable beds in large and comfortable bedrooms.
Outside it is equipped with a large hot shower useful for returning from the sea.
The house consists of: living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds, + triple + 2 twins + 2 children's beds, another living room below, thermo-conditioned in all rooms (Daikin), large covered porch of 40 sq m fully equipped, lawn on 4 sides for 300 square meters. with well-kept lawn - The Villa is very well equipped for children. in exclusive subdivision. The equipment of the house is complete and of a high standard, the house is equipped with a water reserve., large porch, possibility of separate and independent access for the two floors.
The furniture is all in quality solid wood. appliances are new and class A +. (every year we change cutlery and crockery to present the house perfectly).
Kitchen has a stove with 5 burners, 2 fridges, freezer, double sink + external sink, stone barbecue, fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, hairdryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 small and large coffee makers, safe, hypoallergenic latex pillows, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, sup, all class A + appliances, three expandable tables, 2 outdoor teak, 2 outdoor garden seating areas

2 markets and tobacconists and further services nearby, free or equipped beach in the immediate vicinity, next to the marine park and serpentara island for snorkelling and diving lovers

We had a perfect week in Sardinia. Our host Nicola was very friendly. During the checkin he explained us everything in the house and gave us tips for the nearest beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. From the house you can walk to the next beaches or you take the car and explore other beaches at the Costa Rei. The house has everything you need. The small kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking and have a meal together. We loved to have breakfast together on the terrace. Because it was already after season not every supermarket and restaurant was open, but
that was no problem for us because we got by car to Villasimius (about 10 Minutes away). I can highly recommend this accommodation and of course Sardinia in general.
We surely come back one time :)
