La pulizia dell’alloggio, in quanto i mobili odoravano di muffa. La scarsità e qualità di stoviglie e utensili. Un po’ di incuria per illuminazione scarsa (alcune lampadine erano fulminate) soprattutto in cucina e le maniglie delle porte danneggiate.
