About this house rental
The villa’s proximity to one of the best beaches in the Gulf of Orosei makes it the perfect place to spend a wonderful vacation filled with relaxation and nature. The villa is ideal for 8 people. It features two full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, two eat-in kitchens, and two spacious verandas equipped for al fresco dining while enjoying the refreshing breeze marina.La. It’s an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful vacation. All the amenities you need for a comfortable family stay—such as bars, newsstands, tobacco shops, grocery stores, pizzerias, and restaurants—are within walking distance.
Just 300 meters away is a bar-restaurant where you can enjoy traditional dishes and fresh seafood of the day (by reservation). The town of Orosei (population about 7,000) is 10 km away and offers all the necessary amenities, including banks, post offices, and restaurants and pizzerias of every kind, as well as a historic center worth visiting.
A half-hour drive away are the most famous beaches on Sardinia’s eastern coast, including Bidderosa, Berchida, Capo Comino, Santa Lucia, and Posada to the north; and Orosei and Cala Gonone to the south. Two mountain bikes are available for guests’ use.
The villa is located about 80 kilometers from the port/airport of Olbia and 20 kilometers from the marina of La Caletta di Siniscola, from which you can take daily ferries that tour the entire Gulf of Orosei and explore some of the world’s most beautiful coves, such as Cala Luna, Cala Mariolu, Cala Sisine, etc.
The nightlife of San Teodoro and the Costa Smeralda are just over half an hour’s drive from the apartment.
Furthermore, the beauty of the landscape and the opportunity to alternate between paved and unpaved trails make it a highly sought-after destination for cycling enthusiasts from around the world. Within a few kilometers, you can enjoy sports such as rock climbing, kitesurfing, sailing, and horseback riding, in addition to the classics like tennis, soccer, basketball, beach volleyball, and more.
