Disappointing
The house is in a guarded neighborhood and very private. The house had a decent size - enough space to relax without bothering anybody.
Unfortunately our experience wasn‘t as nice as we hoped for. We booked the house for two weeks in spring. We have read already about the extra contract upfront and the precautions the owner would demand, but it was altogether way too much. We had to sign twice that we are aware that the pool would not be allowed to use. Well the water in the pool was green and the outside temperature was very cool - so no reason for us to even think about it. When we arrived the lady showed us the rooms- we were waiting for her for quite a bit ( not a problem for us) but we were suspiciously be watched by the neighbors giving us the feelings of beeing not welcome and intruders. That unfortunately didn‘t stop the whole stay - walking through the neighborhood caused a neighbor to stand guard in front of his gate an watch what we are doing. In the house is a cataloge of rules with „do‘s and dont‘s - and a lot of stickers with the rules on it. Just too much. We arrived and on the first view the house was ok. The house was very cold and only to be heated by ghe airconditition, there was no hot water because the warmwater heater was turned of, which had to be solved by us and the lady who showed us the house. ( She had to return) The first thing we saw in the kitchen were very dirty dishes in the cabinet and a dirty drawer with cutlery in it that wasn‘t cleaned too. So the first action was to clean after we arrived. On the wall in the kitchen was a old moldy sausage which we had to throw. Later we realized that there was a lot of hair on the ground. The bathrooms were ok - but a very disturbing smell came out of the sinks which we couldn’t remove. The furniture is very old and the couches had better times. They weren’t comfortable. The wintergarden was very nice - we used it as a additional heater because the house remaind mostly cold.

Wery good stay.
Basically only negative thing was the location of swimming pool, form presentation you get the feeling that it is in your garden. Anyway during our stay we would not have used it anyway due to weather.

Une villa splendide
Villa superbe, confortable spacieuse et calme. Nous avons apprécié la véranda car nous avons loué en octobre. Le terrain est propre, les enfants ont aimé jouer au ping-pong. La cuisine est bien équipée et nous avons été bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Merci pour tout
Il faut juste savoir manœuvrer pour entrer le véhicule dans la cour, sinon il y a des parking un peu plus loin dans la résidence. Ce n'est pas un point négatif car nous avons rentré les véhicules tous les jours sans problème
