Spacious comfortable reasonably equipped Villa with lovely rustic garden over looking a well maintained salt pool.A few good nearby restaurants good bus service to Cannes, Mougins and surrounding area if you didn't want to drink and drive.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this lovely house in Mougins! The location is quiet and peaceful, but still close to Cannes and the Côte d’Azur. We enjoyed day trips to the beach and to beautiful towns like Antibes and Grasse.The house is big and comfortable. The pool was a highlight for our family – the kids had lots of fun, and we could relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace was very large and perfect for eating together and spending time outside. From there, we had a beautiful view of the landscape and the gentle hills – it was truly relaxing.The house had everything we needed – from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and communication was easy.One small thing: the garden could have been better maintained. But this did not really affect our stay too much.We would love to come back and can fully recommend this house – especially for families who want peace and comfort in the South of France.

The house is in a quiet, safe area behind a gate, and it’s easy to drive to nearby towns for day trips. There is a great bakery just 5–10 minutes’ walk away, and also a nice local restaurant.The house is well equipped, with a big kitchen, a large living room, and a TV with Netflix. The pool was large and great for the kids. The pool area itself was lovely, with the same stunning view as from the terrace. The terrace is truly the highlight of the house – the view is amazing. We did miss having some comfortable lounge furniture out there to fully enjoy it.The owner was very kind and always answered our questions quickly. When we mentioned some things that needed fixing, like the garden and parasols, she helped right away, which we really appreciated.We had a lovely week – thank you for letting us stay in your home!Just a few things that could be improved:– The garden looked dry, unkempt, and had clearly not been cared for in a long time. The lawn was patchy, the flowerbeds were full of weeds, and many of the pots were empty or dried out. With a bit of care, the garden could be truly beautiful and match the rest of the property.– The cleaning could have been better, both inside and outside. The terrace floor needed a proper cleaning.– There were no good kitchen knives or a cutting board.– The house has many different levels inside and in the garden, so it’s not ideal for small children.With just a few small improvements, this place could easily be a 10/10.

Me and my family stayed for a week at Francine's property. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the place and the breathtaking views of the nearby hills. Depending on your expectations, you may find the place a little outdated. But from our perspective it was exactly what we needed. A lot of room for our baby to run around the house, great place on the terrace to have your breakfast and enjoy the surroundings, a huge property to just walk around and enjoy the nature. We would definitely come back

We are a family of 7 and had a wonderful weekend in Francine’s house. It is a really nice house with a beautiful terrace and a beautiful view. The house was clean and well equipped and with plenty of space. Nice pool. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend the house.

We were all very pleased with the property.The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and there was an adequate supply of hot water. The pool area was terrific with lots of sun beds and very securely fenced off with a safety mechanism on the gate - very important as we had our grandchildren aged 4 and 7 with us. Any lack of communication with the property manager was my fault. I had not done enough research as to where the property was, nor into the town of Mougins itself. If I hadn't been able to speak French and ask for directions I would have had great difficulty in finding it. Also, it was my fault that I didn't pick up the manager's text message about the code for the entrance gate. I was too busy driving on the very busy motorway! My husband wasn't able to do his usual meticulous research for this trip and boy did I miss it. We loved the fact that we didn't have to buy cleaning materials, olive oil,salt ,pepper , toilet rolls and so on. Everything was provided. There is only one thing I would suggest that would improve a holiday in this house. We would have liked to have had a clothes airer to dry off our washing, towels and swimsuits overnight. I am sure this is not necessary in the summer months but as the days are shorter in October it would have been very helpful. We had a wonderful holiday in Francine's house and we all thought her a very generous hostess in providing over and above what we usually find in a holiday home. Elizabeth.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The views from the terrasse and pool area are stunning! Given the extremely warm temperatures it was lovely to come back and spend time in the pool. It is very close to Mougins which is such a cute and historic little village to explore with more gorgeous vistas. The only thing that could have improved our stay is some AC and fans in the bedrooms as we were very hot. The one ductless AC unit in the front entrance way doesn’t not unfortunately reach the bedrooms.

The villa is beautiful, very spacious with every amenity. It is in a wonderful location with stunning views very close to the beautiful towns of Mougins and Valbonne. The pool is wonderful and it is a delight to relax overlooking the lovely countryside. We would highly recommend a stay there and hope to return soon!
