Peaceful stay in a beautiful location

Lovely modern, clean apartment with a beautiful, peaceful garden and plunge pool which we had to ourselves. Greeted by a lovely lady Mabe who showed us around. Just minutes easy walk into the centre of Mougins old village with its galleries, shops and restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Kitchen was a bit cramped but as we only made breakfast and light lunches at the apartment it wasn't a problem for us. Not much preparation space if you wanted to cook meals.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Mougins historic town. Comfortable and well equiped.

Great location and lovely apartment, perfect for 2 people. Inside there is one good size bedroom with plenty of shelves, drawers and hanging space, and stylish bathroom with walk in shower. Outside is a nice private garden with a small swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling down.

A beautifully restored hideaway with a jasmine-scented garden, peaceful pool, and the warmest welcome in Mougins.

This place was a real find. Beautifully restored and just on the edge of the historic village of Mougins, it sits in a stunning small garden scented with jasmine, with a lovely pool and peaceful surroundings. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even showed me the local art gallery, which is well worth a visit, along with recommending the best restaurants. It felt more like staying with a friend—quiet, relaxed, and beautifully done.

Our suite was up some steep steps from car park , so difficult to haul heavy luggage after my recent knee surgery. Mabe (the concierge)arranged an upgrade to a more convenient property. Such excellent service.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting Mougins.

Great basement studio apartment with its own wonderful garden and small pool. Large, comfortable bed. The location couldn’t be better for the historic village of Mougins with its wonderful restaurants, museums, galleries etc. Mabé was really helpful with all our needs.

The worst place we have ever stayed. We both went to a doctor 3 times.

Good location

Tiled floor very cold. Had to put towels on floor to walk on because of cold. Didn’t change linen at end of week. When I told them they said they would do it later in the day. Don’t believe it. Dog pooed outside our door twice. Paid for another 5 days but left after 1st week because of cold. We both got sick. Didn’t give money back for the extra 5 days we paid that we didn’t stay. We got sick because of the cold.

Friendly hosts and excellent facilities for couples virtually in the old town of Mougins.

Peter, the owner, opened his home for us (his home is just above the apartment we rented) and Mabé, the manager took over immediately in a very friendly and professional way. Communication with Mabé and Peter was direct and excellent. Very good English, for what it is worth. Location, the room, garden, facilities, comfort is excellent. The 'vieux village' of Mougins is just across the street. Free (public) parking is available a stone's throw away. Highly recommended for couples. We brought our small dogs and they loved the place as well. Airconditioning guarantees a good night sleep, even in hot summer weather.

If you go to Mougins, which is the best place on earth, and I am saying this after visiting 52 countries of the world, j

Peter the owner is a great man. The location cannot be better than this property’s in the whole of Mougins. Everything is right there where this property is, yet it is secluded from the hullabaloo. This factor can’t be explained in words. It’s unique in this regard. It’s basically a house. The entire ground floor with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen area and garden plus pool overlooking Cannes will be totally yours including the keys for a side door entry so that you can go out and come in whenever you want to without bothering Peter who lives one floor up. He is assisted by a lady named Mabe. Mabe herself is an excellent soul. They are all so nice and so helpful. Our exploration of Mougins, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Grasse were all nicely advised by Peter who is a through gentleman. Bedroom, bed, bathroom, all were great. First time we had a large garden owned by us literally which included a pool. And Mougins itself is a heaven. I have visited 52 countries including Tanzania, Russia, Latvia, Australia, USA, Zanzibar, Canada and what not. But I have never been to a place more beautiful than Mougins and Barbados.

Everything about it is loveable. Uber is there which arrives within few minutes of booking. So going to Grasse or Antibes by Uber is easy and not that costly. Bus stand isn’t far. It’s a short walk through paradisiacal Mougins village. You can take buses for Cannes (15 minutes away) and Grasse (almost same time it takes). If you go to Mougins, the place of death of Picasso, don’t forget to go to Grasse, Cannes, Antibes and Nice. I only wish this property had a room cleaning service and our bed was made by someone every morning after we went out for the day. But it’s not a hotel, it’s a nice house; and for three nights it didn’t matter to me and my wife. They gave enough 5 star quality towels etc. and soap, shampoo too. Bed is of 5 star quality.

Fantastic stay!

The location was excellent, just outside of the old village. Easy walk to the centre ville. Charming host who has multiple properties in Mougins, we are staying with him again later in our trip.

The perfect stay in the heart of Mougins Village

We've stayed in the studio of La Terrasse, an ideal location for a short break in the old town of Mougins. The small but well appointed studio is privately tucked away on the ground floor of the amazing villa La Terrasse. (The main villa has stunning views over the hills and the Cote d'Azur.) The bed and fine linnen were superb! The villa has a private parking space, while the studio has its private entrance with access to a free parking lot with ample space when we were there. The only thing not provided for was a hair dryer, but we could have asked for one from the lovely concierge who took good care of us. The owner provided us a list of recommended restaurants, but we could unfortunately pick just two! Da Laura was our favourite; great food, ambiance and service. L'amandine was also superb, but with a different vibe.
