Really comfortable hotel.

The hotel was lovely and all the staff were so kind and friendly. Special mention to the manager who gave us some really good advice for where to go.in the local area The room was very comfortable and quiet with a very comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent as was the a la carte dinner. I am pregnant and they were so accommodating with me with food swaps.

The room was a little hot, but a fan was provided.

The most comfortable stay with the most amazing food. Such a super find.

This gem of a hotel is a real find. Comfortable, cozy and very opulent. Dinner and breakfast was first class. The staff were so friendly and some very knowledgeable on the large selection of Whisky on offer. Peter , the stand in manager welcomed us and we felt like this was our home. We stayed in the Silver Birch room which was very comfortable. I would stay in the main hotel next time though.

Relaxing break

This is a superb hotel in a beautiful setting. Excellent food and very helpful and informative staff. It is a perfect, relaxing experience.

We stayed in one of the newer guest cabins, which are separate from the main building. From here you can get the noise from the main road when sitting outside.

Gorgeous stay, I would 100% recommend this place!

Gorgeous location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and common areas, easy communication with the property.

I have nothing directly negative to say, but there is always room for improvement on the small things: - light settings and general ambience in the restaurant at night. Try a more dim light setting, music and candles for a more elegant vibe. Downlights only felt cold and made for unflattering lighting. - staff could have been more attentive, offering drinks upon arrival and when waiting for our table would have been nice instead of us having to ask for it.

Pretty with fenced in yard with cows and horses. Separately located individual rooms, 2 minute walk from main house with dining. (1)Yoga Matt provided…Delicious Biscuits in room. Great bathroom / shower! Dinner was excellent

Great luxury

The Old Manse was a fantastic stay, the staff is superb just as the location and the facilities. We also had breakfast and dinner there and both are exquisite! Would definitely recommend staying here for 1 or 2 nights

Spectacular property, we loved our stay and dinner was exceptional.

It was a bit hot for sleeping upstairs on the day we stayed. The heated towel rail made the bathroom quite hot also. Availability of more water in the room would have been appreciated, we only had two small cans provided.

An exceptional addition to the Perthshire hospitality scene.

The standard of accommodation, service from every single member of staff and the quality and presentation of food was all exceptional. With regards to value, I would have expected breakfast to be included for the price paid. Having stayed at other hotels in the area (Killiecrankie House, Monachyle Mohr, etc) I think this would be comparable if the rate was for B&B. The dinner and drinks were flawless, and we loved the design and decor of the accommodation. I will hope to return again for a special occasion and will certainly recommend to others.

Superb in the end.

Excellent cuisine, comfortable room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, stylish decor, good mountain views. We were in the Estate Room in the main house. Lovely bathroom with a big bath and good shower and dual washbasins. Nice big bed, settee and chairs, and nice view. An extra delight was watching the house martins bringing food to their young in the nest just outside the window. One of the staff very knowledgeable about whisky - very interesting wide selection. Good Scottish breakfast.

We first booked the Ticket Office, but for us, it felt cramped, claustrophobic, and stuffy. Rather small double bed, small room, smelling of stale air freshener? But clean and the bathroom looked fine. Anyway, the staff helpfully showed us other rooms in the main house, which turned out great.

Dinner was excellent. The hotel is located in a great rural location and is comfortable and relaxed. Room was comfortable.

The breakfast was not to the same standard as dinner and was not good value. Difficult to contact reception from the garden rooms.

This is a little hidden gem of absolute joy and delight. The location and vibe is very special. The staff are incredible, so welcoming and fun. The food was delicious. The fires were cosy, the whisky collection was brilliant, and the attention to detail amazing. Highly recommend ❤️

A very peaceful night away!

The property is just gorgeous! We stayed in the Design Rooms. They were absolutely pristine and they smelt new and fresh! Despite having a very busy evening with the launch of a new menu, the staff were able to sort lifts for us into Pitlochry and home and happily catered to all our requests. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and so peaceful. We were both sad to leave!

Location was lovely. Outdoor terrace was welcomed on a sunny afternoon.

Bit bijou in terms of dining experience, odd corralling of guests pre dinner into a small drawing room that didn’t really suit number of people vs. chairs. Odd to pre-order food beforehand, would have much preferred to be seated at table. Struggled with menu, thought it wasn’t anything special or something worth the price charged - presentation of starter and dessert was far from expected , especially with a chip in one of the bowls.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our rented car and they were very helpful in assisting us to deal with the problem. Breakfast in the orangerie and dinner were lovely and all the staff were specially friendly. Also before and after dinner drinks in the sitting room made us feel right at home.

this hotel is punching above it’s weight. charged us £90 for soup and salad ( veloutè) 😂 no prices on the dinner menu of 3 meat choices no fish or veg option. obsessed with satisfying American guests at the expense of local visitors .
