The Granary

Beautiful house in a beautiful place. The cottage has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very friendly and nice. The views are amazing! We could enjoy beautiful sunrises. Overall we had a very nice time there! Oh, and there are two gorgeous cats are living on the territory who often came to our windows.

I think the mattress on the bed needs to be updated. I could feel the springs.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par notre hôte. Il est réactif à notre problème. La maison est très bien située pour toute personne qui veut trouver de la tranquillité. En effet, elle se trouve dans une impasse et peu de circulation. Elle contient ce qu'il faut pour passer une semaine agréable. Situé entre Cork et Waterford et à 1 heure, il y a beaucoup de visites à faire tout autour.

l'explication du trajet pour trouver le cottage. Les coordonnées GPS nous a envoyé dans un champs dans google earth et les explications via booking.com nous ont aussi envoyé dans la même direction. Le maps ne nous montrent pas la même maison que sur la photo. Nous avons fait plusieurs demande à Booking.com de nous aider pour la géolocalisation via Sky cottage et sans avoir de réponses. De plus, il devait nous aider une fois arrivée en Irlande alors que nous arrivions de France mais nous avons été abandonné le samedi matin même de notre arrivée puisque notre dossier était bloqué. Nous avons enfin réussi à contacter Sky Cottage et ils nous ont envoyé par mail le téléphone et le nom de notre propriétaire. Nous avons pu prendre contact avec lui. Nous étions prêts à louer un autre cottage

cottage was perfect for a short stay ! on a farm with lovely view. Animals in the fields and lovely quiet location 10 minutes from town .

Basic !!! No hand soap , no shower gel …. no condiments for cooking , literally nothing . it would have been nice to have a small welcome pack of tea , milk and a small snack ? If you intend to cook you need to literally buy everything , tea coffee sugar salt pepper…. everything !! So it’s not really what I’m used to when I stay away in a hire cottage, so I was a little disappointed !!! Felt the farmer was a little bit mean, we even had to go buy matches to light the fire.He supplied a small crate of wood and told us to buy more 🤷🏻‍♀️… yet in the next place we stayed Everything was provided , home from home.
