Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran Jakarta

- breakfast variety - very polite and accommodating staff - hotel is clean - very easy to navigate around the hotel (there was an event in one of the meetings rooms) - i like that the main reception and breakfast is one level above where you get dropped off by your car (more privacy)

- walls are a bit thin so at night you can hear laughter and mumbles of conversations from next door occupants - if you're on a lower level (eg. level 3), you'll hear the train and the train gate barrier alarm going off every 2 minutes all night (i had to sleep with airpods on) - if you're very ocd about cleanliness, you might be put off by mold on corners of toilet tiles - would have been nice if lotion is provided as well - my particular room's bathroom seemed to be slightly clogged so while showering, the water can rise up a bit but it wasn't too disruptive. would be good to get it fixed though.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices from local food to western style. All staffs are Friendly too.

The location is a bit far from main shopping area if you are going for shopping for top malls or Tanah Abang. Although transportation like grab or gojet is easy to get but you will end up wasting time travelling from one place to another as MACET ( traffic jam) in Jakarta is very bad!

Morning breakfast provide range of choice , and not a very boring type of buffet breakfast

The air condition is not functioning well, I set the temperature at 16 , but after for the whole night it still remain at 29 , and it is really hot
